Role Summary
Delhivery is looking for a senior marketing leader to own service marketing and communications execution across Consumer, SME, and Enterprise businesses, while also leading corporate communications and internal culture branding initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Lead and Growth Lead as a peer, collaborating on key strategic initiatives and translating them into high-quality, on-ground marketing programs.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, driving campaigns, and delivering consistent outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead service marketing across Consumer, SME, and Enterprise businesses, including awareness campaigns, service launches, and GTM programs.
- Own corporate communications and internal culture branding, including internal campaigns, engagement initiatives, and leadership communication support.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with Brand and Growth teams.
- Build and manage high-performing internal teams and agency partners to deliver predictable execution.
- Ensure consistent messaging, cadence, and quality across channels and markets.

Ideal Background
- 1014 years of experience in marketing roles within consumer tech, marketplaces, BFSI, telecom, SaaS, or services businesses
- Experience operating at CMO1 / VP1 / Director+ level
- Has led multi-channel campaigns and GTM programs at scale
- Experience working closely with sales, product, and operations teams
- MBA or equivalent business background preferred
- Track record of building strong teams and execution systems
