The Senior D&IT Transformation Leader plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and optimization of the newly implemented Target Operating Model (TOM) across the D&IT organization. This includes implementation and strategic oversight of D&IT organizational health metrics and operating model adoption metrics (referred to as the Weekly Business Review - WBR cadence), on-going sustainment, and ensuring that appropriate metrics reflect the level of adoption and effectiveness of the TOM. The WBR is the foundational tool ensuring D&IT is achieving the stated strategy providing key insights into the operating performance of the organization. As a visionary change agent and transformation catalyst, this role is responsible for leading the development of influence change plans, ensuring stakeholder integration and alignment, and positioning D&IT to realize the full value of the strategy. The role also oversees the development of a strategic road map and investment plan encapsulating the holistic priorities of D&IT within the Demand/Supply framework, ensuring alignment with the BV and D&IT strategy.
Target Operating Model (TOM) Optimization & Adoption
Champion the adoption of the TOM by identifying adoption barriers, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and promoting required behavioral changes.
Oversee the highly complex Weekly Business Reporting tool from development, implementation and maintenance, ensuring that appropriate metrics reflect the level of adoption and effectiveness of the TOM collaborating with various IT leaders to define and track their key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with Techquity to implement and adopt the Amazon WBR methodology to measure TOM effectiveness and maturity.
Continuously assess and refine WBR processes, tools, and capabilities to ensure alignment with D&IT's stated strategy providing key insights into the operating performance of the organization
Change Management & Influence Planning for anchoring the TOM
Lead the development and implementation of the Upper Right plans, ensuring stakeholder integration and alignment.
Assess Upper Right plans for overlapping priorities and intersections where rituals should be integrated, ensuring efficient and effective engagement across the TOM. Prioritizing focus as needed.
Oversee the development and implementation of TOM accelerators and enhancement processes such as PR/FAQs, Working Backwards principles, Influence Plans, etc.
D&IT Demand Leadership
Serve as the leader for D&IT demands within the Supply/Demand governance process.
Oversee the evaluation, prioritization, and alignment of D&IT demands with strategic objectives, capacity, and value realization.
Ensure that validated and prioritized demands are assigned appropriately and track progress to completion.
