We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our growth initiatives across new markets. This is a leadership role designed for a leader with a proven track record in presales, delivery, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, P&L management experience, excellent customer engagement, excellent engineer experience and passion to grow.
Location: Chennai /Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong affinity to technology and with experience as a Technology aligned delivery leader.
- Proven experience of driving different types of programs/projects across staff-augmentation, fixed-price, capacity-based, Output and Outcome based models
- Lead and drive the growth strategy for our operations in large accounts and clients.
- Oversee end-to-end presales, delivery, and client engagement processes to ensure scalable and profitable growth.
- Manage large P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive multiple delivery accounts to highest of customer satisfaction
- Build and lead high-performing teams across delivery
- Maintain a deep understanding of the markets, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience at a senior leadership level, preferably as a Director or equivalent, with a strong background in presales, delivery, and strategic growth.
- Must have been an Engineering Technology leader with experience in creating high-performance Agile teams
- Prior experience working with or within large IT services companies .
- Demonstrated success in managing large P&L portfolios.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic mindset.

- Must have managed team of 800 and above
- IT Service delivery to US Healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or related industries.
