Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise to lead financial strategy and compliance for all BU's at Myntra. This role will oversee planning, reporting, and governance, while partnering with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and technology teams to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic FP&A Leadership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning tailored to fashion retail cycles.
• Provide insights on profitability, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Drive scenario modeling to support seasonal demand and inventory decisions.

• Controllership & Governance
• Responsible for MEC with Controllership and shared services.
• Capital allocation decision shaping for growth while meeting bottomline target
• Oversee Tax projects
• Automation and AI led Finance transformation
• Performance management with CXO and shaping the financial strategy for the company
• Strengthen internal controls across digital transactions, vendor payments, and supply chain.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Business Partnering
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations to align financial goals with fashion trends and customer demand.
• Support decisions on assortment, pricing, and discounting strategies.
• Advise leadership on investments in technology, logistics, and customer experience.

• Team Leadership
• Build and mentor highperforming FP&A and controllership teams.
• Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability.

• Process Excellence
• Drive automation in reporting and planning using advanced analytics.
• Implement best practices for financial systems in a digital commerce environment.

Key Skills & Attributes

Education: CA/MBA in Finance or related discipline.

Experience:

1. 13+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, controllership, and corporate finance, preferably in retail/ecommerce.
2. Expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or fashionspecific ERP tools).
3. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills to strongly collaborate with the leadership forum.
