Job Description

Accountable for standardizing and delivering Workplace Services across all sub-regions, including facilities management, churn, minor projects, and landlord liaison.
Communicate and secure approval on performance ratings.
Lead and conduct quarterly and annual reviews to track and exceed financial performance goals.
Manage ASPAC Centres of Excellence, SME Platforms, and Centralized Functions:
Collaborate with platform subject matter experts (SMEs) to support site operations.
Manage Operations Command Centre (for transport, helpdesk, and emergency responses).
Oversee ASPAC security, catering, and other critical operational functions.
Innovate and Implement Global Programs to Shape and Transform Workplace Operations:
Coordinate and monitor progress of global or regional programs and initiatives (e.g., Workplace Experience Colleague/Welcome Host, data management, iLab, Envio, etc.).
Collaborate to Deliver Business & Technology Centres and Transition to Operations:
Contribute as a core team member to the development of future business and technology centres.
Ensure smooth transition from project to operations, including testing, commissioning, certification, safety and risk assessment, SOP creation, and Go Live.
Act as communication conduit to transfer knowledge back from the delivery team to the SME/Operations Team.
