The Team
Our DTS team covers the full breadth of Technology Consulting and M&A services, including -
- Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs as well as post-deal value creation
- Technology Consulting – End to end technology advisory for clients, including developing technology roadmaps, platform/cloud/data advisory as well as transformation excellence for a digital transformation
- Data & AI services - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
- Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that create real business value for clients through process re-invention
How will you contribute
▪ Data & AI Platform Architecture & Strategy - Own the unified Data & AI Platform vision and roadmap — spanning data foundation (ingestion, storage, governance) and AI/ML Engineering.
▪ Architect and oversee the enterprise data platform: Lakehouse design, real-time/streaming pipelines, master/reference data, metadata and lineage.
▪ Architect and oversee the AI platform layer: ML pipelines (MLOps), feature stores, model registries, model serving/inference infrastructure, GenAI/LLM platform and orchestration (RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, prompt/eval infrastructure)
▪ Define platform principles for scalability, cost-efficiency, responsible AI, and security/compliance (data privacy, model governance, AI risk) across GCC
▪ Define and own the Data & AI Platform Engineering CoE charter, vision and roadmap aligned to enterprise data and AI strategy.
▪ Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures across both the data engineering and AI/ML platform lifecycle
▪ Partner with business, data science, and product leadership to translate AI/ML and data needs into platform capability and staffing models
▪ Ensure compliance with Data & AI governance, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to the enterprise
▪ Represent the Data & AI Platform vision in governance forums, steering committees, and global leadership reviews
▪ Build relationships with cloud hyperscalers and Data & AI platform vendors (model providers, MLOps tooling, GenAI platforms)
▪ Drive adoption of modern patterns: Lakehouse architecture, data mesh, MLOps/LLMOps best practices, agentic AI architectures, DataOps, Data & Ai Governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 17+ years of experience across data engineering, data architecture, and AI/ML platform engineering, with at least 5–8 years in a senior architecture or platform leadership capacity
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science / engineering
- Deep, hands-on technical expertise across the modern data and AI stack: cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), big data ecosystems (Spark, Kafka), data warehousing/Lakehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift), ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, Databricks ML, Kubeflow), orchestration (Airflow, MLflow), and GenAI/LLM tooling (vector databases, RAG frameworks, LLM orchestration/agentic frameworks)
- Proven experience building, scaling and owning enterprise Data & AI platforms end-to-end — from architecture and platform design through to adoption.
- Track record of building competency frameworks, accelerators, and reusable architectural IP.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting architecture and capability strategy to CXO-level/global leadership audiences
