Senior Director - Consulting & Analytics

• Lead strategic payments consulting engagements across South Asia.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven consulting leader with deep financial services and payments expertise, coupled with a strong track record of client acquisition and executive advisory work.

Key requirements include:

• 15+ years of experience across management consulting, payments, banking, fintech, or broader financial services.
• Current or recent experience at the Principal, Associate Partner, Junior Partner, Director, or Partner-1 level within a leading strategy consulting firm, particularly with significant Financial Services practice exposure.
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing consulting opportunities while managing senior client relationships.
• Strong expertise in strategy development, business transformation, digital payments, customer growth, and operational improvement.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and presenting to C-level executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue targets, P&L management, or business unit growth responsibilities.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior exposure to payments, merchant acquiring, digital banking, cards, fintech, analytics, credit risk, or adjacent financial services sectors is highly preferred.
