Summary

The Senior Director, Cloud Reliability & Excellence owns cloud reliability and FinOps outcomes, acting as the accountable leader for run excellence, cost discipline, and MSP governance. This role is responsible for predictable, scalable, and audit-ready operations across cloud and hybrid environments-driving service reliability through strong ITSM execution (incident, problem, and change), measurable operational KPIs, and continuous improvement. The Senior Director partners with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance to implement cost controls and savings initiatives, strengthen vendor performance and SLAs, and accelerate the transition from manual runbooks to platform-led automation.
