Senior Director - Business Development - Commercial Logistics - Southeast Asia

The Senior Director, Business Development, Contract Logistics (SEA) is responsible and accountable for achieving the revenue and EBIT targets for the commercial Southeast Asia (SEA) Cluster. The role leads the Southeast Asia Contract Logistics commercial strategy, driving profitable growth through new business acquisition, strategic customer development, and expansion of existing customer relationships across Southeast Asia.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver and achieve SEA Commercial revenue and EBIT targets.
• Develop and execute the Contract Logistics business development strategy across Southeast Asia.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across target industry verticals and markets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive sustainable business growth.
• Support country teams in developing local sales strategies and customer engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Country, Regional, and Global teams to win new business and expand existing customer relationships.
• Partner with Solutions Design and Operations teams to develop competitive and profitable logistics solutions.
• Drive cross-product, cross-country, and cross-region collaboration to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Contract Logistics Business Development team across Southeast Asia.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
• Provide regular commercial performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of logistics and supply chain industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior Contract Logistics commercial leadership role.
• Proven track record in winning large-scale logistics contracts and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience managing BD Contract Logistics within Southeast Asia.
