Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own Cyware's end-to-end digital growth engine across inbound and paid channels. This role goes beyond traffic and vanity metrics, you will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact through a combination of SEO, content, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to build a high-performance demand generation engine.
What You Will Do:
Digital Growth Ownership
- Own and drive end-to-end digital growth strategy across:
- Inbound: SEO, GEO, content-led growth
- Paid: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
- Ensure alignment with business goals, with a strong focus on pipeline generation over traffic
- Use data to shape strategy and channel investment decisions, connecting performance to CAC, pipeline, and revenue
Inbound & Organic Growth
- Lead SEO and GEO strategy including:
- Keyword research and intent mapping
- On-page and technical SEO
- Content optimization and search performance
- Partner with content team to build a scalable organic acquisition engine
Paid Marketing & Performance
- Plan and execute paid campaigns end-to-end with full ownership of:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and funnel performance
- Diagnose underperformance, reallocate budgets, and run structured experiments to improve efficiency and outcomes
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Design and optimize end-to-end conversion funnels:
- Landing pages
- Email nurture journeys
- CRO experiments (A/B testing, UX improvements)
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel (visitor → MQL → SQL → pipeline)
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent) to:
- Build automated workflows
- Manage lead lifecycle and scoring
- Enable seamless marketing → sales handoff
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Own performance measurement using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools
- Track full-funnel metrics including CTR, CPL, MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Build dashboards and derive actionable insights to guide decision-making
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Growth to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign priorities
- Work with Sales teams to improve MQL → SQL conversion and pipeline quality
- Collaborate with Content team for inbound strategy execution
- Ensure tight alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes, with shared ownership of pipeline metrics
Global Market Focus
- Execute strategies tailored to US and EU markets
- Understand enterprise buyer journeys and multi-stakeholder decision processes
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years in digital marketing / demand generation in B2B Enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity experience is a bonus
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just leads
- Strong expertise in SEO and paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect channel performance to CAC, pipeline, and revenue
- Experience owning full-funnel metrics (CTR, CPL, MQL to SQL, pipeline, ROI)
- Hands-on in campaign execution, optimization, experimentation, and budget allocation.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools for tracking and insights.
- Strong ability to diagnose underperformance and iterate quickly across channels
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales on pipeline goals
- Understanding of global (US/EU) markets and enterprise buying cycles
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with a focus on revenue outcomes
