Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 46 years of experience in SaaS and enterprise product marketing who can design, execute, and optimize full-funnel digital growth systems. This role goes far beyond running ads. You will own funnel strategy, analytics architecture, conversion tracking, and revenue performance across high-value products in AI and deep tech.
Responsibilities
1. SaaS & Enterprise Growth Strategy
Design and execute full-funnel growth strategies for SaaS and enterprise products, from acquisition to activation, conversion, retention, and upsell.
Translate complex AI / deep-tech offerings into clear, high-impact digital journeys for professional and enterprise audiences.
Drive adoption, upgrades, and revenue for high-ticket and long-sales-cycle products.
2. Funnel Planning, Execution & Optimization
Architect end-to-end marketing funnels (TOFU MOFU BOFU) across paid, organic, email, retargeting, and owned channels.
Build multi-step journeys including lead qualification, nurturing, automation, and sales handoff.
Continuously optimize funnel conversion rates using cohort analysis, attribution data, and behavioral insights.
3. Advanced Analytics, Tracking & Measurement
Own end-to-end tracking architecture using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
Design and implement event-based tracking across websites, landing pages, forms, and digital products.
Ensure accurate tracking of:
User journeys
Conversion paths
Funnel drop-offs
Campaign attribution
Enable real-time performance visibility for all growth initiatives.
4. Product-Led & Lifecycle Marketing
Execute product-led growth (PLG) and lifecycle campaigns similar to modern SaaS platforms.
Understand and apply in-product behavior tracking, engagement triggers, and conversion signals to drive upgrades and paid conversions.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to align user actions, events, and marketing automation.
5. Revenue, Performance & Forecasting
Track and report on key revenue metrics:
CAC
ROAS
Conversion rates
Funnel velocity
Monthly spend vs projections
Prepare weekly performance reports and monthly revenue forecasts.
Recommend budget allocation, scaling strategies, and efficiency improvements based on data.
6. Enterprise & Deep-Tech Marketing
Plan and execute campaigns for enterprise-grade and emerging deep-tech products (AI platforms, advanced analytics, quantum technologies).
Understand long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying processes, and consultative selling.
Support ABM, high-value lead generation, and institutional adoption strategies.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
46 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product marketing.
Proven experience designing and managing complex marketing funnels, not just isolated campaigns.
Strong hands-on expertise with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and analytics architecture.
Deep understanding of digital revenue metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel efficiency).
Experience working with technical products and collaborating with engineering / product teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
Nice-to-Have
Experience marketing AI, ML, data platforms, or deep-tech products.
Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) or in-app lifecycle marketing.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or CDP tools.
Prior experience in high-ticket or enterprise sales funnels.

Pure performance marketers focused only on running ads.
Candidates limited to basic Google Ads / Meta Ads execution.
Marketers without experience in analytics, funnels, or revenue ownership.
