SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST - PERFORMANCE MARKETING

V-Accel AI Dynamics is hiring for our Chennai office.

THE ROLE:

Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, drive lead generation, optimize ad performance, and scale our AI-powered SaaS products across Indian and international markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and ad campaigns

- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

- Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics tools

- Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets (5L+ per month)

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization

- Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills

- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing

PREFERRED:

- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM campaigns

- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization

- Content marketing and copywriting skills

- Experience with marketing funnels and customer journey mapping

- Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies

- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
