Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive Lead Generation to drive high-quality leads and improve lead-to-conversion ratios. The role focuses on performance marketing, SEO, AI-driven strategies, and B2B digital channels to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Performance Max) for lead generation
- Run and manage LinkedIn Ads targeting industrial and B2B audiences
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Improve landing page conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization
- Execute and monitor SEO strategies (On-page, Technical SEO, Keyword Planning)
- Drive organic traffic and increase organic lead generation
- Manage and optimize IndiaMART and other B2B platforms
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Leverage AI tools for ad copy creation, keyword research, campaign insights, and optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 45 years of experience in Performance Marketing & SEO
- Proven success in B2B lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
- Hands-on expertise in On-page SEO, Technical SEO & Keyword Research
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation & analytics tools)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, ROI-focused mindset
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing marketing is an added advantage
- Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics
