Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach, creative mindset, and deep understanding of digital channels to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve marketing ROI.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and business development to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, etc.).
  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality B2B prospects.
  • Create, manage, and monitor Meta campaigns, PPC advertising, and Google AdWords initiatives for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze web and campaign performance data using analytics tools to evaluate KPIs, generate insights, and improve results.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead YouTube marketing initiatives – video content strategy, engagement optimization, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure alignment with company goals and branding.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and technologies to ensure continuous innovation.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for management review.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Social Media Marketing & Online Branding
  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
  • PPC, SEO, SEM & Meta Campaigns
  • Email Marketing and Automation Tools
  • YouTube Marketing and Video Content Strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and trends in digital marketing.
