Founded by NIT Alumni, Donatekart has won many awards like 40 Under 40, Nasscom Social Innovation Award, etc and are incubated in T Hub, Hyderabad & Zone Startups, Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai. We are a first of a kind platform that enables donors to directly donate products to NGOs/Charities online instead of money.

In the last 6+ years, we were able to create 5000+ campaigns, raise over 200 Cr+ worth of Donations to support over 1400+ charities. Over 7,00,000+unique donors used our platform to channelize donations to charities of their choice.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging trends in the digital landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creativity, and a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Provide guidance on campaign development, content creation, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Regularly assess and optimize budget distribution based on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, video production, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic and paid search rankings.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
    • Have a good command on content which users will connect with.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
    • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
