Job Overview
We are building a long-term, trust-led D2C supplements brand and are hiring a senior leader to own growth and revenue end-to-end. This role reports directly to the Founder and owns D2C revenue across Shopify and marketplaces.
This is a business leadership role, not a channel-specific marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Unit Economics
- Own D2C revenue P&L across Shopify and marketplaces
- Manage CAC, LTV, payback, margins, and contribution
- Plan and manage growth budgets across performance, brand, and partnerships
Growth & Execution
- Lead growth across performance marketing, SEO, CRO, lifecycle, and retention
- Drive marketplace growth and diversification
- Lead influencer, affiliate, and partnership-led acquisition
- Continuously test and optimise messaging, creatives, and funnels
Category & Retention
- Build education-first, trust-led growth in a health category
- Improve repeat purchase rates and lifecycle revenue
- Shape pricing, bundling, and replenishment strategy
- Own cohort analysis and lifecycle performance
Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing Growth & Marketing team
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Tech teams
Requirements
- 812+ years in growth, marketing, or commercial roles
- Experience owning D2C ecommerce revenue
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, cohorts, and unit economics
- Experience scaling Shopify-based D2C brands
- Experience in wellness, supplements, FMCG, or health-adjacent categories
Preferred
- Amazon or marketplace experience
- Subscription or replenishment-led products
- Influencer, affiliate, or partnership-led growth
