Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive (SEO, Automation & Analytics) with 5–7 years of experience to drive organic growth through advanced SEO practices, implement automation, and deliver data-driven insights to improve website performance and lead generation for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Management

  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and structure
  • Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation
  • Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies

SEO Automation

  • Implement and manage SEO automation tools and workflows
  • Automate:
  • Rank tracking
  • Site audits
  • Reporting processes
  • Use tools/scripts for:
  • Bulk SEO updates
  • Data extraction and analysis
  • Improve efficiency and scalability of SEO operations

Analytics & Tracking

  • Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Track user behavior, traffic sources, and conversions
  • Build dashboards using Looker Studio / Excel
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-offs

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and improve organic lead generation
  • Identify underperforming pages and recommend improvements
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates

Paid Campaign Support (Limited)

  • Assist in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Monitor performance and provide optimization insights

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content Writer, Graphic Designer, and SEO Executive
  • Align SEO strategies with content and design execution

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
  • Experience with SEO automation tools and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog (or similar)
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms
  • Experience in B2B / IT services marketing preferred

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis
  • (e.g., scraping, data processing, reporting automation)
