About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Strategy.

This role requires a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns that generate engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

  • Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

Google Ads & PPC:

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions and lead generation.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop targeted email campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
  • Optimize email campaigns for better engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage company and client social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Create engaging posts and marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media performance.

Content Writing & Management:

  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly and engaging content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Review or create blogs, landing pages, and promotional content when required.
  • Ensure content quality and relevance.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing channels.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Track leads, conversions, and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Good Communication skills in English.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics), and social media management platforms.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and email automation tools (like Mailchimp or HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with creative and technical teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Understanding of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools for creatives.
