About the Role
We are looking for aself-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing professionalto own brand visibility and lead generation for our SaaS products
This role is not limited to posting content. You willbe responsible forplanning, executing, measuring, andoptimizingdigital campaigns, managing social channels end-to-end, and ensuringclean, actionable leads flow into CRMfor sales follow-up.
You will work closely with founders, product teams, and sales to turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Marketing
- Own and manage brand presence acrossLinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and executeorganic and paid social campaignsfor brand awareness and lead generation
- Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand tone and ICPs
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and rundigital marketing campaigns(social, email, landing pages, webinars, ads)
- Identifytarget audiences, messaging, and channels fordifferent productsand segments
- Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives and copy
- Manage campaign calendars and ensuretimelyexecution
Lead Generation & CRM Integration
- Capture, collate, and sanitize leads from all digital sources
- Ensureaccurateand structuredlead entry into CRM
- Define lead attributes, tagging, source mapping, and campaign tracking
- Work with sales teams to ensure lead quality and proper follow-ups
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, conversions)
- Prepareweekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyzedata to improve targeting, messaging, and ROI
Content & Thought Leadership Support
- Support founders and leadership in amplifying content on LinkedIn and X
- Repurpose blogs, decks, demos, and product updates into social-friendly formats
- Assistin positioning products asthought leadersin EdTech and HRTech domains
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 3to 5years of experience indigital marketing / social media marketing(B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding ofLinkedIn marketing(organic + paid)
- Hands-on experience withCRM systems
- Hands-on experiencewith AI Tools / Platforms for content, media generation
- Experience running campaigns and managing lead pipelines
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership end-to-end
Good to Have
- Experience inEdTech, HRTech, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social
- HubSpot /Zoho/ Mailchimp
- Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of SEO basics and landing page optimization
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on lead qualification
