Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for ahigh-performance digital marketing expertwith aproven track record of generating measurable business resultsthrough SEO, AI search optimization (LLM visibility), and inbound lead generation.

This is NOT a theoretical or execution-only role. We want someone who:

  • Stays updated daily with Google algorithm changes & AI search trends
  • Has ranked competitive keywords
  • Has generated qualified inbound leads
  • Can prove results with data
  • Can build scalable organic growth systems

If you cannot demonstrate measurable outcomes, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities: Organic Growth Strategy

  • Build SEO strategies that generate traffic AND leads (not vanity traffic)
  • Optimize websites for:
  • Google search
  • AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini etc)
  • Featured snippets & knowledge panels
  • Perform content gap analysis and growth opportunity mapping

Technical SEO

  • Conduct full technical audits
  • Fix indexing, crawlability, and performance issues
  • Core Web Vitals optimization
  • Schema & structured data implementation

AI Search Optimization (Very Important)

  • Optimize content for LLM discoverability
  • Implement entity SEO
  • Knowledge graph optimization
  • Semantic SEO frameworks
  • E-E-A-T optimization

Growth & Lead Generation

  • Build inbound lead funnels
  • Conversion optimization
  • Landing page optimization
  • Organic lead attribution tracking

Analytics & Reporting

Must be highly data driven:

  • Google Search Console
  • GA4
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush
  • Looker Studio dashboards
  • ROI reporting

Continuous Learning Requirement

Candidate must demonstrate:

  • Following industry updates weekly
  • Testing new SEO frameworks
  • Adapting to AI search changes

Required Experience:

Minimum:

  • 5+ years SEO experience
  • 3+ years growth marketing experience
  • Proven ranking success in competitive niches
  • Experience generating inbound leads via organic channels

Strong Preference:

  • Agency experience
  • SaaS growth experience
  • B2B SEO experience
  • International SEO

Interview Steps: Mandatory Proof of Work (Non-negotiable)
