Job Title: Senior Digital Marketer
Location: Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI, CPL, and conversions.
- Handle multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Train team members on campaign setup, optimization, and best practices.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights and strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with agency experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads OR Meta Ads.
- Experience in team handling and training.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must be based in Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
