What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead & take ownership of all digital marketing activities
  • Plan, execute & optimise Meta Ads (FB + Insta) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
  • Run A/B tests, track performance, and scale what works
  • Build monthly campaign plans with clear goals & budgets
  • Analyze data and create performance reports that actually make sense

eCommerce + Quick Commerce

  • Assist with Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces listing setup, optimization & creative updates
  • End-to-end Quick Commerce onboarding to scaling
  • Monitor ratings, reviews, pricing, and make sure listings stay sharp
  • Support ads setup on marketplaces & track campaign performance

Growth & Retention

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Set up automation flows (abandoned cart, welcome, repeat buyers)
  • Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns and experiments
  • Track metrics like open rates, CTRs, repeat orders, and retention

Social Media & SEO

  • Coordinate with the content team to plan and schedule posts
  • Assist in planning social campaigns (especially for launches or drops)
  • Help with basic SEO tasks keyword research, meta tags, content ideas
  • Keep tabs on trends, competitors & platforms

Research & Strategy Support

  • Do market + competitor research
  • Benchmark ads, content, and funnels across brands
  • Help shape brand GTM & growth strategies with insights
  • And a little bit of everything else :)

You'll Fit Right In If You:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience across digital marketing (D2C/eComm/B2B)
  • Are fluent with Meta Ads, Google Ads & eCommerce
  • Know your way around email tools, basic SEO, and content planning
  • Are organised, reliable, curious, and fun to work with
  • Want to grow fast and work on cool brands, doing serious work
  • You don't know much about what is written above, but have a can-do attitude and hunger to learn, learn & learn
