Job Title- Functional consultant with Epicor
Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Strong ability in Requirement Understanding, including:
- Identifying current business pain points
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Lead Functional Assessment and Fit-Gap Analysis:
- Map business requirements with system capabilities
- Identify gaps and propose optimal solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements
- Provide functional guidance for implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
Core Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Epicor ERP / Kinetic across multiple modules:
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Manufacturing
- Experience in similar ERP systems (if not Epicor) is also acceptable
Good To Have
- Experience in Epicor Kinetic (latest version) across all modules
- Exposure to end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
