As a Senior Digital Experience Engineer, you will translate complex business requirements into high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions. Your deep technical expertise and ability to understand both stakeholder goals and user needs will be critical in delivering exceptional Sitecore‑driven experiences that support our digital strategy.

As a Senior Digital Experience Engineer, you will transform complex business and customer requirements into high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions across a range of web and CMS technologies. While Sitecore is a key platform today, this role extends beyond a single technology-it requires a broad engineering mindset, a strong understanding of modern web ecosystems, and the ability to adapt to evolving digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with CX, UX, marketing, product, customer service, and various engineering teams to deliver world‑class digital experiences that support our global digital strategy. This position is part of the IT Digital Technologies and Experiences Team, operating fully remotely.
Design, develop, and enhance scalable digital experiences across enterprise CMS platforms and modern web technologies, including Sitecore, React, Next.js, and modular component frameworks
Lead platform engineering activities, such as implementing containerized environments (Docker), optimizing performance, managing upgrades/migrations, and ensuring secure, reliable integrations with internal and external systems via APIs and cloud services.
Support and evolve Sitecore‑based applications as part of the current ecosystem, including component development, Helix/SXA best practices, personalization, analytics instrumentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Implement and optimize search, analytics, and experience‑measurement capabilities, including Coveo/Solr search tuning, GA/GTM event tracking, data‑layer configurations, A/B testing, and accessibility compliance
Collaborate cross‑functionally with various IT teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver high‑quality digital experiences
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, including Docker.
Strong experience with Coveo and/or Solr search providers
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, C#, ASP.NET MVC, REACT, NextJS and Helix principles.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and data layer design
Familiarity with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
Experience with AWS Cloud or other cloud platforms
Working knowledge of accessibility standards and semantic UI frameworks.
