We are seeking a highly experiencedJava Developerwith14+years of hands-on development experienceanda strong foundationinsolution architecture. The ideal candidate will combine deep technicalexpertisewith architectural thinking to design, build, and scale robust enterprise-grade systems. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead thedesign and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based solutions
Definesolution architecture, including application, integration, data, and deployment architectures
Drivetechnology choices, architectural patterns, and design standards across teams
Review and approvehigh-level designs (HLD)andlow-level designs (LLD)
Ensure alignment withenterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
Development & Engineering Excellence
Hands-on development usingJava (latest LTS versions)and modern frameworks
Design and developmicroservices-based architecturesusing Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
Ensure high code quality throughcode reviews, design reviews, and automated testing
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
Cloud, DevOps & Integration
Design cloud-native solutions on platforms such asAWS, Azure, or GCP
Work withCI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Architect and implementRESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and integrations
Ensure observability using logging, monitoring, and tracing tools
Collaboration & Mentorship
Act as atechnical mentorfor senior and junior developers
Collaborate withproduct, business, and QA teamsto deliver end-to-end solutions
Participate in architecture forums, technical discussions, and roadmap planning
Support pre-sales, feasibility analysis, and technical estimations when required

Data & Integration
.Relationaldatabases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) andNoSQL databases(MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)
.Messagingand streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
.Experiencewith data consistency, transactions, and caching strategies
Architecture & Design
.Solidunderstanding ofdesign patterns,SOLID principles, anddomain-driven design (DDD)
.Experiencewithevent-driven architecture,CQRS, andhexagonal/clean architecture
.Knowledgeof security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL, OWASP)
