About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Data Analyst to help shape how we measure, understand, and improve digital performance across our web experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role for an analyst who combines technical fluency, strong business judgment, and sharp problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will support day-to-day digital analytics needs across website tagging, reporting, analysis, and data-driven personalization and experimentation. You will partner with stakeholders across digital, marketing, content, and optimization to ensure data is reliable, insights are actionable, and measurement supports better business decisions.
This role is best suited for someone who is thoughtful, curious, and highly self-directed. We are looking for an analyst who can work through ambiguity, spot issues before they become problems, and make sound decisions without needing step-by-step direction. You should be comfortable asking hard questions of the data, validating your own work, and adapting your approach when the situation does not fit a familiar pattern.
What You'll Do
- Support digital analytics across websites and digital experiences, including reporting, ad hoc analysis, and measurement planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear measurement approaches, reporting structures, and analytical frameworks.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, recurring reporting, KPI definitions, and insight-driven analyses.
- Create, organize, and maintain analytics documentation in SharePoint, including measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, implementation notes, reporting logic, and process guidance.
- Identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, then turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Serve as a strong practitioner in Adobe Analytics, including segmentation, calculated metrics, attribution, workspace analysis, and data interpretation.
- Review data critically, investigate anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and catch errors before work is shared.
- Support day-to-day website tagging operations by helping define requirements, reviewing requests, validating implementation, and strengthening QA and governance processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure digital measurement is aligned with reporting, analysis, and optimization needs.
- Support personalization and experimentation efforts with audience analysis, measurement planning, test readouts, and insight generation.
- Help ensure testing and personalization decisions are grounded in a disciplined, data-driven approach.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate repeatable work, improve workflows, and strengthen analytics practices.
- Support evolving measurement needs tied to organic growth, content performance, and emerging AI-driven traffic sources.
Who You Are
- You are a strong critical thinker who knows how to move from question to analysis to recommendation.
- You do not stop at producing a report, you look for what is meaningful, what may be wrong, and what action should follow.
- You can reason through ambiguity and make sound decisions when the answer is not obvious.
- You catch your own errors and challenge outputs that do not make sense.
- You are comfortable working independently and do not need highly prescriptive direction to make progress.
- You communicate clearly and can explain your thinking, assumptions, and conclusions with confidence.
- You value rigor, accuracy, and strong analytical judgment.
- You understand that effective experimentation and personalization require solid methodology, reliable data, and thoughtful interpretation.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Strong experience in reporting, segmentation, analysis, and digital performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of website tagging concepts, analytics QA, and data governance.
- Experience supporting experimentation, personalization, or optimization initiatives.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Familiarity with SEO measurement, content performance analysis, and digital growth strategies.
- Experience in environments that are automating parts of the analytics workflow.
- Exposure to measuring and interpreting emerging traffic patterns, including AI-driven traffic sources.
- Experience evaluating or working with analytics tagging QA tools.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means more than delivering reports on time. It means producing work that is accurate, well-reasoned, and useful. It means identifying issues early, asking the right questions, and helping the business make better decisions with confidence. It means bringing a high standard of analytical rigor to reporting, tagging, testing, and performance analysis, while continuing to improve how the work gets done.
