Role: Business Analyst – Biopharma Commercial Analytics (Microsoft Fabric)
Overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst to drive
commercial analytics solutions in the
biopharma domain using
Microsoft Fabric. This role requires a
consultative mindset, where the candidate proactively identifies business problems, recommends insights, and shapes data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and challenge business requirements to uncover underlying problems
- Propose KPIs, analytics use cases, and insights for commercial functions (sales, marketing, HCP engagement)
- Translate needs into analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
- Deliver actionable insights, not just reports
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure scalable and governed solutions
Required Skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting ability
- Strong analytical thinking and problem structuring skills
- Experience in business analysis for BI / analytics
- Knowledge of the Pharma / Healthcare domain
- Knowledge of commercial analytics (segmentation, sales, targeting)
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or modern data platforms and understand SDLC processes
Preferred
- Biopharma domain exposure
- Experience with GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for solutioning
- Understanding of the MS Fabric platform
