Senior DevOps MLOps Engineer

Role Description The Senior DevOps MLOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and pipelines that support AI-driven health applications. Day-to-day work includes building and optimizing CI/CD workflows, deploying and monitoring machine learning models, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The role involves close collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to streamline model development, testing, and production rollout. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

• Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure as code, and automation tools.
• Experience with MLOps workflows, such as model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, observability tools, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages commonly used in DevOps and MLOps (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrating machine learning services into production applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or working with sensitive data and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
