Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Manage and support Kubernetes environments, including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, and Secrets.
- Build, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker.
- Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure metrics using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or similar platforms.
- Support infrastructure automation initiatives using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application-related issues in Linux environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure cloud deployments on Azure.
- Participate in release management, incident handling, and operational improvements.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native concepts:
- Pods
- Deployments
- Services
- ConfigMaps
- Secrets
- Strong understanding of Docker and container workflows.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Good hands-on experience with Linux command line and shell scripting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes Operators or Helm chart development.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Gatling, k6, or JMeter.
- Exposure to AWS or GCP in addition to Azure.
- Exposure to chaos engineering practices.
