What you'll do:

• Be the primary owner of the health, performance, and uptime of our services
• Deploy new features rapidly and reliably across environments
• Design infrastructure with operability in mind alongside engineering teams
• Own CI/CD pipelines and ensure frictionless deployments
• Troubleshoot across code, systems, and networking layers
• Continuously optimise infrastructure for reliability, cost, and performance

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps/SRE experience
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised environments
• Experience with tools like Kafka, ZooKeeper, and config management tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, etc.)
• Proficient with Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go)
• Experience in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack)
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, mesh networking, and load balancing
• Great communicator and team player in fast-paced environments
