We are seeking a skilled DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building and managing infrastructure on OCI and Azure. At Primebook, you'll work on the core infrastructure behind our Cloud PC platform, not just routine CI/CD or maintenance tasks. Important Note Candidates who have only worked on CI/CD pipelines or basic app deployments, without hands-on experience in provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure, are requested to refrain from applying. This role is specifically for people who have good experience in virtualisation and managing VMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with AWS or OCI (VMs, networking, storage).
- Hands-on experience in virtualisation is necessary.
- Experience provisioning and managing VM-based workloads.
- Good knowledge of Windows system administration.
- Familiarity with automation/scripting (bash, python).
- Experience with Gatekeeper, OPA, building custom VM image.
- Good debugging and R&D skills.
Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OCI and/or Azure.
- Experience working on 2-3 real infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to compute-heavy or stateful workloads is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
