About The Role
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong, hands-on Kubernetes expertise to own our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation. You'll architect and operate production-grade clusters and tooling.
What You'll Do
- Architect, operate, and scale production Kubernetes clusters.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based deployment workflows.
- Manage Helm charts, ingress, autoscaling, and stateful workloads.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting; lead incident response.
- Drive security, secrets management, and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices and runbooks.
Skills & Tools
- Deep, hands-on Kubernetes expertise in production environments (required).
- Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Terraform (or similar IaC), Docker, Helm.
- CI/CD and GitOps tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, Flux, etc.).
- Strong scripting skills in any language (e.g. Bash, Python, Go); Git.
- Monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
- Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years in DevOps/Infrastructure with deep Kubernetes and tooling expertise.
- Strong ownership, automation-first mindset, and good communication.
