Senior DevOps Engineer I

Title: Senior DevOps Engineer - CI/CD and GitOps

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Kustomize overlays.

• Automate daily security scans and integrate results into dashboards.

• Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for deployment and security metrics.

• Support release validation and pipeline troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with Swiss team on tooling evolution and compliance.

Profile

• 3+ years in DevSecOps with focus on CI/CD, GitOps, and automation.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Grafana.

• Proficient in scripting (Bash/Python) and YAML/JSON configuration.

• Understanding of security scanning tools and integration into pipelines.

• Experience with Kubernetes deployment patterns and digest validation.

• Must have prior experience as a software developer — strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and application build lifecycles.
