Job Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps toolchain and infrastructure
Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process
Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Design and support existing DevOps code that use various technologies like Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Python, Gradle, Shell, Batchscripts, groovy, docker etc
The role also expects to provide support to critical applications deployments that happen through rancher on K8s clusters both On-prem and on Azure
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
Implement best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery
Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and guidance
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
