Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for automating build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring security and compliance, and monitoring system performance across cloud-native and hybrid environments. This role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pipelines meet development needs and deployment standards.
• Implement best practices for security and compliance in CI/CD processes, including secret management, access control, and logging.
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues that arise during build, test, and deployment stages.
• Conduct root cause analysis of pipeline failures.
• Document CI/CD processes, configurations, and standards for consistency and repeatability.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and technologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise).
• Hands-on experience in Kubernetes (AWS EKS is preferable).
• Hands-on experience in AWS Cloud (VPC, EC2, IAM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Experience in observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry) to monitor system performance, health, and reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
