Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes ecosystems, GitOps practices, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and associated tooling in production environments
• Deploy and manage microservices using Helm charts
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
• Configure and manage service mesh (Istio) for traffic management, observability, and security
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity and system reliability
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and operations
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (production-grade environments)
• Hands-on experience with Istio service mesh
• Proficiency in Helm charts for application deployment
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Solid hands-on experience with either AWS or GCP
• Experience working with managed Kubernetes services such as EKS or GKE
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools
• Experience with SAST/DAST implementation
• Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
