Design, build, and maintain infrastructure services and DevOps tooling across OpenShift and GCP environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and deployment infrastructure
Work with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and reliability
Contribute to automation, observability, and reliability initiatives across the platform using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
Lead and mentor team members in DevOps practices, fostering a culture of learning, automation, and continuous improvement
Implement scalable systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and reduce manual toil
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements in DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, MTTR)
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, security hardening, and operational efficiency gains
Stay up to date on latest DevOps technologies, tools, and industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering specializing in scalable infrastructure and automation
Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting, automation, and infrastructure tooling
Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift in production environments
Strong familiarity with Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure-as-code and configuration management
Expert-level knowledge of observability tooling (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Open telemetry, ELK stack, or similar)
Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell), and system administration
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new DevOps technologies
Nice to Have
Experience with GCP cloud platform (Compute, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, MLOPS)
Knowledge of AI application observability
Knowledge of service mesh (Istio), API gateways, or event-driven architecture
Experience With Kafka, Pub/Sub, Or Other Messaging Systems
Knowledge of testing concepts and frameworks (unit tests, Robot Framework)
Contributions to open-source DevOps projects or technical communities
