We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation to drive infrastructure excellence, improve system reliability, and streamline deployment pipelines.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and managing Azure-based infrastructure
- Automating CI/CD pipelines and cloud provisioning
- Enhancing system scalability, security, and performance
- Mentoring junior engineers and promoting DevOps best practices
Key Responsibilities
Cloud and Infrastructure Management
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure
- Work with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm for infrastructure automation
- Manage Kubernetes clusters with hands-on experience of at least four years
- Optimize cloud networking, security, and cost
CI/CD and Automation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Automate deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles
- Improve build, test, and deployment processes
Monitoring, Security, and Troubleshooting
- Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Strengthen security practices, including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability scanning
- Troubleshoot networking, performance, and application issues
Collaboration and Agile Practices
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Must-Have Skills
- At least ten years of DevOps experience
- More than six years of hands-on expertise with Azure, Ansible, and Terraform
- At least four years managing and upgrading Kubernetes clusters
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Deep understanding of Git, Docker, Helm, and automation scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Datadog
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Multi-cloud experience with AWS or GCP
- Python or React development knowledge
- Experience working in support roles and Agile teams
