Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineers with 5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing multi-cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

In this role, you will lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Bicep and Helm, design robust CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to drive automation and efficiency across complex cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and GCP.
• Implement IaC best practices using Bicep, ARM templates, YAML, and Git-driven workflows.
• Manage multi-cloud deployments, workload migrations, and infrastructure cost/performance optimization.
• Maintain configuration management standards using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  
  

CI/CD Pipelines & Automation

• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GCP Cloud Build.
• Spearhead seamless integrations between GitHub Actions and cloud native services (Azure/GCP) for automated multi-stage deployments.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and modern scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to accelerate code development, configuration automation, and operational scripting.
  
  

Containerization & Orchestration

• Work extensively with Kubernetes workloads using Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts, and YAML templating.
• Maintain container lifecycle management and release strategies for microservices architectures.
  
  

Monitoring, Security & Compliance

• Implement comprehensive telemetry and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and GCP Cloud Monitoring & Logging.
• Enforce cloud security best practices across Azure and GCP, covering Identity & Access Management (IAM), service accounts, RBAC, network security, and key management systems (Azure Key Vault / GCP KMS).
  
  

Collaboration & Documentation

• Author and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, IaC coding standards, deployment guides, and incident runbooks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development, security, and architecture teams to troubleshoot issues and drive cloud best practices.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Primary) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• IaC & Provisioning: Proficiency in Bicep, ARM Templates, Helm, and YAML.
• CI/CD Expertise: Deep expertise in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipeline design and execution.
• Container Orchestration: Solid experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Scripting: Strong skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• AI-Assisted Tools: Practical usage of GitHub Copilot for accelerated scripting and development.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and oral/written communication skills.
