Senior DevOps Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced DevSecOps / Azure DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and automated DevOps workflows. The role requires hands-on experience across cloud, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and tools using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, and ArgoCD.
• Lead DevOps activities and implement DevSecOps best practices across projects and organizational engagements.
• Perform DevSecOps assessments for greenfield and existing technology landscapes.
• Develop cloud-native CI/CD workflows, microservices deployment pipelines, and serverless applications.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
• Administer and provision UNIX/Linux servers, virtual machines, and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Use open-source DevOps tools for monitoring and logging such as Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Loki, and Tempo.
• Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines including SAST/DAST using tools like SonarQube.
• Manage configuration using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to define Git workflow, branching strategies, and CI/CD process enhancements.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources in Azure, including Compute, Storage, Functions, and WebApp Insights.
• Document workflows, configurations, and best practices for audit readiness and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 13+ years of experience in DevOps, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub (repositories, workflows, GitHub Actions) and Azure DevOps Boards.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Scripting experience in Shell, Groovy, and PowerShell.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security integrations, and cloud-native security principles.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK/EFK, Loki, and Tempo.
• Familiarity with open-source DevOps tools, configuration management, and build tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).
• Understanding of cloud services, microservices architecture, and serverless technologies.
