Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) — Remote (India)

About the Role

We're hiring a senior engineer to drive architecture and build scalable products used by real users. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, making system-level decisions, and mentoring engineers.

What You'll Do

• Define and evolve system architecture for scalable applications
• Build and ship full-stack features with clean, maintainable code
• Partner with product and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct high-quality code reviews and improve engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth
• Drive improvements in CI/CD, DevOps, and development workflows

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of system design, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern development workflows
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks
• DevOps and infrastructure exposure
• Experience working in distributed teams
