Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices.
- Lead end-to-end test automation strategy for assigned modules/services.
- Build and maintain robust, reusable, and maintainable test suites.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates.
- Perform API, integration, and system testing across distributed systems.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for test environments and execution.
- Drive shift-left testing (early validation, test design during development).
- Collaborate with developers to improve testability, observability, and code quality.
- Analyze production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and guide best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation and development.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright / Selenium / Cypress (Playwright preferred).
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript / Java / Python.
- Solid experience in API testing (REST, contract testing, mocking).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc. ).
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / OpenStack / similar).
- Strong understanding of test design techniques, frameworks, and patterns.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Skills are automation testing. Cloud TypeScript Kuberentes Docker Openstack.
Good To Have
- Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Locust, etc. ).
- Exposure to AI/ML or AI-driven testing tools.
- Knowledge of security testing basics.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc. ).
- Understanding of service virtualization and test data management.
Soft Skills
