Cashpor Micro Credit is looking for an experienced and delivery-driven Senior Software Developer with strong exposure in leading software development teams, architecting enterprise applications, and managing end-to-end technology delivery.

This role is ideal for professionals currently working as Technical Lead, Team Lead, Senior .NET Lead, Engineering Lead, or Lead Developer who are ready to take ownership of mission-critical software platforms in a high-growth financial services environment.

As a part of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible not only for application development but also for technical direction, project execution, audit readiness, secure development practices, and cross-functional delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver scalable business-critical applications within defined timelines
• Drive end-to-end ownership of software development lifecycle including planning, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
• Design and implement robust application architecture using C# .NET, MVC, Microservices, and modern enterprise frameworks
• Ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent projects with strong focus on quality, performance, and delivery governance
• Collaborate with business, operations, audit, and IT infrastructure teams for seamless integration of technology solutions
• Manage audit observations related to Information Security, VAPT, Secure SDLC, and compliance requirements
• Build customer-facing and third-party integrated applications with scalable and secure design principles
• Resolve technical bottlenecks, production issues, and team-level execution challenges
• Drive Agile/Scrum based development methodology and engineering best practices across the team
• Participate in technical planning, resource allocation, code reviews, and delivery monitoring

Required Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in C# .NET Development and MVC Framework
• Proven experience in Microservices Architecture and Enterprise Application Development
• Working knowledge of Ionic Framework
• Strong understanding of MongoDB / NoSQL database design
• Solid experience with SQL Server and database optimization
• Good knowledge of Java programming / Java-based integrations
• Exposure to Secure SDLC practices
• Experience handling Information Security / VAPT audit requirements
• Understanding of AWS / Azure Cloud technologies
• Basic understanding of Servers, Network, LAN/WAN protocols

• Are currently working in Team Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Developer / Engineering Lead roles
• Have managed software developers and delivered enterprise-scale applications
• Have strong project management and stakeholder coordination exposure
• Have worked in BFSI, FinTech, NBFC, Banking, SaaS, or customer-facing technology environments
• Can independently drive both technical execution and team performance
