About the Company
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8-10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on expertise in configuring and developing Service Operations Workspace components using UI Builder on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workspace, UI Builder, the Next Experience UI Framework, Integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), and core ITSM and CMDB functionalities. This role operates within an Agile environment, where the developer will deliver assigned work within sprint cycles and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
About the Role
This role involves maintaining and resolving Workspace-related incidents and defects, designing and developing customer requirements, and providing technical support within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and resolve Workspace-related incidents and defects from the backlog.
- Design, develop, and deliver customer requirements within Workspace using UI Builder.
- Design, develop, and deliver customer requirements within CMDB integration, including Discovery, Monitoring, Synchronization.
- Design, develop, and deliver customer requirements within B2B Case integration, including eBonding, ticket exchange.
- Customize and configure Service Operations Workspace to meet business needs while ensuring scalability and performance.
- Migrate Jelly-based UI Macros to Workspace-compatible UI components.
- Configure and maintain AI Search functionalities within Workspace.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workspace-related modules.
- Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and defects in a timely manner.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes and solutions.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
