About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer – ServiceNow Business Applications to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role goes beyond traditional ITSM and focuses on business applications such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Legal Service Delivery, GRC, and App Engine. You will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions, driving technical excellence, and collaborating with global teams to support business-critical platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve medium‑ to high‑complexity ServiceNow Business Applications beyond ITSM (e.g., HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, CSM, GRC, SPO, App Engine).
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including configuration, scripting, data models, workflows/flows, and forms.
- Contribute to solution design, scope definition, estimates, and project planning across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Build and maintain enterprise integrations using ServiceNow capabilities such as IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and spokes (e.g., SAP, Workday, Jira).
- Ensure quality, stability, and compliance of delivered solutions, including 2nd and 3rd level support in complex environments.
- Identify technical risks and improvement opportunities, and drive continuous application and process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with global teams, platform experts, security, data protection, and external partners, representing your expertise in working groups and boards when required.
Qualifications
- A hands‑on ServiceNow expert with 5+ years of experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
Required Skills
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow configuration and scripting, including client scripts, business rules, flows/workflows, UI policies, and data modeling.
- Solid experience with ServiceNow business modules beyond ITSM, such as HRSD, App Engine, Employee Center, Legal or customer‑facing applications.
- Proven knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including REST, IntegrationHub, and standard spokes (such as Workday, Jira, SAP).
- Comfortable working in agile and/or classic project setups and contributing to estimates, designs, and technical decisions.
- Able to understand and apply governance, change management, security, and regulatory requirements.
- ServiceNow certifications are required (CSA, CAD); CIS certifications are a strong plus, especially in specific Business Apps areas (Like HRSD, CSM).
- Confident communicator who can explain technical solutions to business and non‑technical stakeholders.
