Senior Developer – Power BI + SQL skills + P&C Knowledge (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. 

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and perform SQL tuning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Domain: Mandatory P&C Insurance domain knowledge.

• Experience: Overall, 8-10 years of IT experience with atleast 4-5 years experience in core skills

• Core Skills:

o Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.

o Advanced SQL skills with the ability to handle complex queries and SQL tuning.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
