Role Purpose
The Senior Developer tackles multiple challenges of our clients using state-of-the-art
software solutions. The Senior Developer shall build innovative solutions and taking a
software concept from research and development through prototyping and production.
Requirements
- 10 or more years experience as a developer, preferably as a full stack developer.
- Hands on Experience in C#, html, SQL, .Net Framework, Blazor, API's and Azure.
- Knowledge and understanding of DevOps processes
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities/Kras/Kpis
- Development and enhancement of the company's in-house policy administration
system
- Provide support for bugs or errors identified in both the standard system and in any
integration applications
- at the company.
- Have the ability to create and follow through on a vision whilst bringing others along
with them.
- Be versatile and always eager to tackle new problems as we continue to push
technology forward.
- Have the capacity to comprehend both business and technical aspects of a solution.
- Ability to design and implement solutions based on client requirements.
- Be able to take the lead in technical discussions with clients to understand and
unpack the requirements of the project on hand.
- Show commitment to the success of assigned projects, co-workers, and the
company.
- Stay on the leading edge of technology by constantly researching and looking for the
newest tools and techniques
