Role Summary:

Highly hands-on Technical Lead responsible for driving enterprise-scale AI adoption across multiple delivery tracks including CGS, SDS, ETL, modernization, cloud-native systems, APIs, automation, and legacy ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise AI-native application and AI agent development initiatives.

• Architect scalable multi-agent and orchestration frameworks.

• Build AI-enabled SDLC accelerators and intelligent automation platforms.

• Drive enterprise AI integrations using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q Developer, AWS Kiro/Cairo, Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and related ecosystems.

• Design AI testing harnesses, observability frameworks, prompt/version governance, and deployment strategies.

• Drive scalable AI deployment patterns using Docker, Kubernetes, autoscaling, load balancing, and distributed orchestration.

• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate across varied technology stacks.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in: - AWS Bedrock - Amazon Q Developer - AWS Kiro - Claude/OpenAI ecosystems - GitHub Copilot - LangChain - LangGraph - MCP Servers - Vector Databases - RAG architectures

• Strong cloud engineering expertise across AWS ecosystem

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, scalable AI deployments, and container orchestration • CI/CD expertise using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions

• Strong understanding of IAM, AI security, guardrails, and enterprise integrations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Practical Experience:

• Must demonstrate production deployment experience of AI agents and enterprise AI systems

• Experience implementing AI-native automation platforms and orchestration frameworks

• Experience working across varied enterprise technology stacks and AI ecosystems
