Job Title : AI-Focused Salesforce Customer 360 Senior Developer/Lead

Job Summary :
We are looking for an AI-focused Salesforce Developer with 8-12 years of experience to design and implement intelligent customer solutions using Salesforce Customer 360. The role emphasizes leveraging AI, automation, and unified customer data to deliver predictive insights, personalized engagement, and scalable digital experiences across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and build AI-driven solutions on Salesforce Customer 360 to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Implement predictive analytics and automation using Salesforce Einstein (Prediction Builder, Recommendation Builder, Einstein Discovery).
- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to support AI-powered use cases.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, analyze, and activate customer data for AI models.
- Build intelligent workflows using Flow, orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
- Integrate AI services (internal and external) via APIs to extend platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions and customer journeys.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive AI adoption.
- Optimize performance and scalability of AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience with strong focus on AI-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein and its components (Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action).
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data modeling.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts (classification, regression, recommendation systems).
- Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce certifications (AI Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud Consultant).
- Experience integrating external AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google AI services).
- Knowledge of Python, data pipelines, or ML lifecycle concepts.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI use cases.
