Senior Developer

We have a requirement for Senior Developer for Isha Foundation. Please find below the Job details.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.

Translate business and product requirements into functional, scalable solutions.

Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services/APIs.

Integrate third-party services such as authentication (OTP, OAuth), messaging

(WhatsApp/SMS), and payment gateways.

Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and designers in an Agile setup.

Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and collaborative development workflows.

Ensure basic security best practices are followed (data protection, secure APIs, etc.).

Support production releases and handle bug fixes or enhancements post-deployment.

Skill Competencies :

Proficiency in one or more languages: JavaScript / TypeScript, or Python

Strong understanding of:

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)

Backend: Node.js / Express or Python

Experience building and consuming REST APIs

Familiarity with Replit environment (Repls, deployments, secrets management)

Basic database knowledge (NoSQL or SQL)

Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
